  13.     The author is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Microbiology under Dr. Ellis L. Kline.  The author has also been working for SBP Technologies, Inc. as a laboratory consultant for two and half years in its research laboratory located in the CAT center (Center for Applied Technology) inside the Clemson University Research Park.

  15.     The author is experienced in DNA cloning and sequencing, gene expression and regulation, bioremediation of polluted water and soil. The author is also experienced in working with mammalian cell line, GC, HPLC, flow cytometry, TEM, SEM, epifluorescent microscopy and computers, etc.  Experienced programming languages include Basic, HyperTalk and C.
